Do this really help kids with they’re growth development and weight gain ?

I bought this for my 2yr 6MO old daughter. They were quite pricey too for only a 24 pack but has anyone else tried them for they’re toddlers?

We get these four our oldest because she's 4 1/2 and 31lbs. We can't afford to have her drink two a day every day, so we give her one a day when we can, so I'm not really sure if she'd actuallygain anything. Mostly just to give her extra nutrients.
