Could use some advice for weight loss!

I've always been on the heavier side. Numerous times I've told my self I hate my body the way it is but I've never done anything about it. I'm 5'4 and currently weigh about 250 pounds!😪 Today is the day i start my journey to a better healthier me! Any tips on workouts or healthier meals are very welcome a greatly appreciated!
