Where are you?!

Question

I am having the hardest time knowing what position our baby is in! I don't know if I'm feeling her little toosh or back or head. I don't know how to tell the difference between a kick and a punch. I feel so silly for not knowing. I love every feeling every movement but it would be nice to know what exactly I'm feeling.

This is my third pregnancy, baby girl is laying in the same position as her brothers did at the end. Head down and facing my left side, laying on her right side with her bottom jammed up in the right side of my rib cage. My first was so big and was in the position for so long that when he was born his right ear was bent over. I would tuck it into his hats so it would smooth out.

He hasn't changed positions in a very long time! I'm pretty sure he's always been head down. His butt sits on my right side, and I'm guessing the left side are knees. He's always kicking/punching/kneeing me on the left side. My doc does a quick US every visit to see how he's positioned.

My baby is head down. My doctor actually let me feel her head and where it was at. 😊

Yeah I'm the same, sometimes I wish I'd have some magic way to see inside when she's moving around like that and see exactly what she's doing with those little feet and fists and knobbly knees! The last few checkups the doctor told me she was head down with her bum on my right side and her legs on the left. But sometimes I swear I can feel her little fists pummel my bladder or that she's stretching her legs right into my ribs on both sides... I just don't know. It's a pity we can't see... :(

Hahaha my doctor told me she's being good. Heads really far down and in position, only reason i know. Hahah

Next week we have ultrasound. Last baby was posterior sunny side up. So it will be interesting to know if this labor will be easier

I always look forward to when she gets hiccups so i know her head is still down :)
