Ultrasound and now bleeding

So I started having light light pink spotting around 4am yesterday morning. I tried not to worry since it was super light and pink. Had my first appointment and ultrasound yesterday. We saw baby and it had a heartbeat. Measured perfectly at 8w6d. The doctor said she saw a pocket of blood which could be causing the spotting. Last night the spotting picked up and was getting darker. This morning, it’s bright red with tiny little clots. Should I be worried?? I’ve had 3 miscarriages but they were different than this.. one at 5w and had just found out so thinking more like chemical, blighted ovum at 7w and a missed miscarriage at 9w found on ultrasound (d&c with that one). I have 3 kids also and have had spotting with all but never bright red with little clots
