Just got my first appointment to see the midwife at 8 weeks. Unfortunately they could only do a time when I’m working... I haven’t told anyone other than the Dr and my husband yet.

The question is, do I tell work so I can have the time off for the appointment, which would mean telling them before my parents and close family (telling them at Easter). Or do I take the annual leave so I don’t need to tell them yet, I’m torn between the two. Seems too early to tell anyone yet!
