29 weeks pregnant and 3-4 cm dilated

I’ve been in the hospital now for three days because I am 3-4 cm dilated. I haven’t had any contractions at ALL and my water is still in contact. They’ve been poking and prodding at me...baby is as healthy as can be. He’s even head down if I do deliver. This is my first pregnancy. They are giving me things to keep him in. I haven’t even slept at all even with sleep medicine. I am just ready to go home but they want to see if I give birth...but there’s not any signs besides I’m still 3-4 cm dilated. I am getting really upset!!! I just want the baby to come and I want to go home.
