HELP! TAKING EMERGEN-C SAFE?

Starting to feel that feeling of getting sick AND IM DUE AT ANY MOMENT.. help! Can I take emergen-c to help boost my immune system?

I don’t think so? Ask your doctor. Your prenatal has all the vitamins you need so taking anything additional would be too much potentially.

My doc okayed it. Way better than taking any other type of medicine. One per day and tons of water, and chicken soup!!

You could drink a Naked or Odwalla vitamin C boost drink instead and maybe that would help and would definitely be safe for you and baby

I have too. But I wouldn't take more than 1. Also keep in mind that flu-like symptoms can also mean you're about to go into labor
