I would be going to the doc or at least calling your on call nurse. It’s not super common at 12 weeks but it could be for you! Just call and let them know what’s going on

I had this at 7 weeks baby was fine.  I am having it again right now, it even started out red. I was terrified.  I went to the doctor on Monday.  Baby is measuring at 12 weeks and has a high heartbeat of 169 bpm.  Baby  is doing so good.  I am 11 weeks 5 days. I would go to the doctor to make sure, but she couldn’t find any hint wrong or any cause of it.
