Exactly! Too many people use the word "period" incorrectly.  You cannot have menses/period while pregant as this is IMPOSSIBLE. BUT you CAN DEFINITELY bleed (non-menstrual blood), which is why women think it's their period. Very easily confused. But the actual period itself, nope, cant happen or else youd be shedding the contents of your uterus - which cannot happen if pregant. There is a mucus plug that forms over your cervix to keep all the goodies (implanted embryo) inside. But bleeding can be common and some ladies swear they have their "period" (again, incorrect use of the word) during their pregnancies. Just confusion over terminology, I think. 😊

I marked no because although you can bleed during pregnancy you cannot have a true period which would be the shed of your lining.

It’s not possible to menstruate during pregnancy, and anyone who chose yes, really needs to educate themselves a little better on the subject. Your period happens when the egg is not fertilized or implantation wasn’t successful after fertilization. It consists of blood, tissue and the egg that was released during ovulation, which at this point, would no longer be viable. 
Bleeding can occur during pregnancy, and some causes may be more serious than others(which is why your doctor should be informed), but it wouldn’t constitute a period if the pregnancy was successful.
