Right side cramping.

So I’ve had a lot of stress going on between being under contract on our new construction house, finding out my MIL is coming to live with us, and my bipolar mom. I woke up with a cramp, almost pinching this morning at 6. It’s now at 8:30 and it hasn’t released. I know cramping is normal, but is it normal for the cramping to not let up? Our dog had an appointment to get spayed this morning, so I took her, and my husband took the kids to school before going to work in my car so we wouldn’t have to move car seats. I had to lift the dog into his truck and she’s 43 lbs, but the pain was there before lifting. No bleeding. Should I call my doctor or just take Tylenol and wait it out? I’m 11+4
