Postpartum headaches and night sweats?!

I had my c section 8 days ago and since I've been home I have had headaches that start in my back and pulsate up to my head and behind my eyes. I wonder if the block they tried to put in me before going under sedation damaged some nerves ( I have Herrington rods on my spine). Also, at night I am sweating to wear I am soaked! Could it be hormones? Anyone else have this happen?

No body tells you about the post partum hot flashes and night sweats. It's bad. Still getting them a little and LO is 5 months old.

I'm 2 months pp after a c-section and having terrible night sweats. I'm pretty sure it's the hormones. Sorry this answer isn't much help- just know you're not alone :)

Tell your doctor about the headaches! Could be an adverse reaction to the epidural/spinal. I know a few people who have had spinal fluid leaks (I believe that's what it is!) due to the epidural which causes those horrible headaches and it can be fixed, if that's what is wrong with you.

I had terrible night sweats and they went away but they are coming back!!!! Ughh

I finally stopped having night sweats. I'm 6 weeks pp. I would wake up soaked, even my hair 😣

Omg I had night sweats so bad! It was one of my least favorite parts. I am 8 weeks PP and still have them occasionay but not every night anymore.

I had night sweats like crazy for the first few weeks postpartum. Woke up drenched. I'm now 6 weeks pp and get them here and there but not as bad!
