Tri sprintec

So recently my birth control got switch from trinessa to tri-sprintec. My pharmacy and doctor explained to me it was the same and that I would have some break outs and they would clear up with a few weeks. But guys at first it was just my chin that broke out with a rash , that recently cleared up but now it has spread to my cheeks! I have huge pimples and red inflammation all over. I haven’t had pimples in years since I battled with acne all of my teen years. Has anyone had the same issues ? Where any of you able to get a different pill?
