Pregnancy Announcement Ideas

My fiancé and I are having a engagement party this Saturday and I will be 12 weeks and one day, we decided to announce to our family and friends about our pregnancy but I am stuck on how to tell them. Should I do a speech ( I not the best at public speaking) or get a chalkboard and write something cute and have a picture of our 12 weeks ultrasound?

I need help ladies!
