Help a girl out
So, I still have six weeks left in my pregnancy but I desperately need to make a dramatic diet change.
Things you should know:
-It’s just me and my one year old and eventually this baby who’ll be eating this.
My husband is so beyond hopelessly picky. Trust me. He’s a waste to try and cook for. I’ve tried everything. So we’ve agreed he can stick to his pizza rolls 😂😂😂
- I have a horrible addiction to junk food. A few years ago I got deeply depressed and just binged on sweets and chips all the time. Now it’s really hard to give up.
-I’m overweight even not being pregnant and need to know healthy recipes that my son can actually eat with me. And I am determined to lose weight.
-I used to be very athletic and well toned, so working out is nothing new to me- but, due to a major hip injury a few years ago, my exercise abilities will be pretty limited.
Can anyone offer any advice?????
