Is he playing me?

I’ve been talking to my crush for about a month now. We’ve hung out a couple times and Gad sex two times already. I was being dry yesterday so he asked me “do you want to keep talking “ and I said “honestly I like you a lot but you seem like you want nothing more than what we have now so it’s up to you” and this is what he said.

Is he playing me or just isn’t ready? Should I even wait for him to make up his mind or am I wasting my time?
