update: went to the doctor they gave me antibiotic cream for my foot and oral medication she thought it was an allergic reaction but it’s just getting worse i think i should go back

FINAL UPDATE: Went back and saw a different doctor. Turns out it was scabies... She prescribed me 5% permethrin cream and prednisone for the itching. It is EXTREMELY itchy after using the cream but she said it’ll be that way for 3-4 days because it’s working. Finally have some peace of mind. Thanks for all the help ♥️
