Can't hardly eat, sick constantly, but no vomiting. I'm always tired and my breasts are extremely sore.

My nipples and breasts are on fire and they never were before. Not since breastfeeding my first born. I also had cramping and tailbone pain and no appetite but no sickness. Heightened sense of smell.
