Exercise affecting fertility ?

I do heavy exercise and always have for the past 8 years. I’m 28. Do you think this will affect my fertility ? TTC #1. My weight is normal and my body fat is normal. I eat healthy too.

It actually can, yes. Vigorous work outs during the tww can hinder implantation. But of course opinions will differ on this so it’s something you need to do your own research on and discuss with your doctor if you are having a hard time conceiving to make your own decision.

As long as you still get periods it shouldn't affect your fertility

I was told no, my doctor said that heavy weight lifting and exercise CAN affect you but in the long term your body gets used to it 
You can always give it a break for a month or two
