Losing weight after baby?
So I am 10 weeks postpartum now. Last time I weighed myself I was about 152 and I’m 5’8”. I’m a stay at home mom so gym isn’t an option. I am on the lazy side and LOVE bread and rice which is a big problem. How do you ladies push yourselves to working out and eating better? I don’t eat a lot I just don’t move a lot. I gained about 35 pounds with my pregnancy which isn’t that much but I’m self conscious about my thighs and the little tummy that’s left. Any advice would be appreciated thanks!!!
