What helped your nausea?

I am sick to my stomach all day long but never actually throw up! I feel like I would feel better if I just get it over with. 😫

Jolly ranchers. Just constantly keeping them/something in my mouth.

Unisom +vitamin b. I posted about it over in October babies. That's what my Dr recommended

My ob suggested I try unisom right before I go to sleep. It has helped keep the nausea away. If that doesn’t work she advised me to take vitamin b6 and unisom as someone else previously stated.

All day Dramamine was my God send in my first trimester. Knocked out my nausea all day long. I couldn't live without it.

This is gonna sound crazy, but my grandma mentioned to me to suck on pickles! I’ve actually been eating pickles and popsicles and they have both helped a bunch!
