Preeclampsia

Can someone explain to me the type of pain associated with preeclampsia on your right side under/around the rib? I am having some but it feels like it’s sore or I pulled a muscle or something, it started feeling like this too after I spent hours putting together a dresser for baby and moving large stuff around in her room.
