If you have conceived from bbt, before you can do a pregnancy test? On 5dpo I also notices specks of blood like pin pricks when I wiped and since then nothing.

When your BBT has remained high for 18 days after ovulation, it is almost certain that you’re pregnant. BBT can tell you nothing else. And 18 dpo is about 4 days late, so most women have already tested and confirmed a pregnancy by that time anyway.

Way too early to tell. Spotting at 5dpo was most likely just post-ovulation hormone fluctuations. Implantation doesn’t happen until 6dpo at the earliest, 12dpo at the latest, with most women experiencing it at around 8-10dpo. 
When your BBT remains high above your coverline around the end of your luteal phase, around the time you should expect your period, is typically a good sign of pregnancy, but it’s not fool proof.
For me, my temps drop below the coverline the day before my period starts.

The day AF arrives for me the temp drops dramatically so I know I didn’t conceive. When I got my BFP in October it stayed high I waited and kept temping 5 days after missed period to be sure & it stayed up consistently
