I just started having random lower back pain, like real painful. Is that a sign of a miscarriage

It’s normal during pregnancy. The only abnormal thing would be bleeding, even then some women get spotting in the first trimester especially. It could be sciatic pain. The uterus growing can put pressure on different nerves.
