I will be starting a new job on 3/25 I will be 22 weeks. When should I tell my employer? I don’t want to get fired. But I also want to let them know quickly. When do you suggest I let them know? I have a week of orientation then I live to my permanent Clinic. It is a major corporation so I can be replaced quickly. I wanted to secure something before the baby came. I got terminated from my other job been out of work for about 6 weeks.
