During a Job interview

Beebee

Came across a story that went viral when a young woman went for a job interview and she was harshly criticized for the way she was sitting and her Resume among other things. The CEO who interviewed her did make an apology after the incident.

Some said she was being overly sensitive and to suck it up while others considered this mean, bullying.

Personally, a recruiter/interviewer should mind their business and voice respectful, professional and tactful opinions whether the person is qualified for the job at hand rather than taking the time to school them.

I was greatful to have a class in college on how to remain presentable in the hospitality industry and what to look out for. But think this should maybe be mandatory to prepare students when they head out to the real world.

What are your thoughts on how a job interview should ?
