Okay we live in FL, so we have some hard water here. My sister is confusing the hell out of me with the cleaning process of the shells and inserts.

Diapers are all in their packaging still, we have until May. But she is mentioning I need to buy water softener in order to wash these?

Plus I need to wash them twice OR do a vinegar wash before use?

Once when baby comes am I able to wash the diapers regularly? Hang dry the shells of course, or am I doing to have to do some weird mixing of everything just to wash these every time?
