Has anyone had experience losing body fat while pregnant? With my first child I started at 130 and ended 147 after birth. With this baby I started at 180(I had a really hard time with PPD after my daughter was born and gained A LOT in about a year). I had started some lifestyle changes(healthy eating, hot yoga, and regular exercise) but I’ve found them harder to maintain these first few weeks of pregnancy feeling so sick and tired. Anyone continue these types of lifestyle changes successfully during pregnancy? I could definitely use some success stories and inspiration right about now.
