Had an Ultrasound on 3/12 @ 5 weeks and 3 days. No fetal pole detected and there was a small amount of blood in the sac (I have not even spotted at all.) Doc said 1. Could just be too early to see what needs to be seen. 2. Blood could be from a potential twin that didn’t make it and the other is still trying to get to size. Or 3. Just not a viable pregnancy. I’ve had 3 previous miscarriages (all before 7 weeks), had my daughter after 2 of them. I am on progesterone for this pregnancy and was on it with my daughter as well. I have another ultrasound scheduled for 3/20 I hope they can see my little nugget then. Has anyone had this scare before, and was there a good outcome. I’m still hopeful since I have not had any bleeding what so ever
