If you haven’t heard about ClaraDerm, it’s said that it can be used to prevent tearing during labor. It’s an essential oil spray sold through Young Living, and yes it’s pricey for a small bottle, but SO WORTH IT. Even if you do still tear, it’s great for postpartum healing. And no I don’t sell it (I don’t actually use essential oils normally). But a friend used it and loaned it to me, and I didn’t tear! 3 of us have used this same bottle and there’s still a good amount left, so it definitely lasts a while. I personally know 2 other women who also used it and didn’t tear. So can’t hurt to try if you’re worried about tearing! You start using the spray on your lady bits towards the end of pregnancy. I didn’t start until about 37 weeks and had my baby at 42 weeks. Anywho, just thought I’d pass along the info for those who might be interested! ☺️
