Was it a dream?

I woke up one morning and I noticed I was very sore near my vagina and my ovaries hurt. It hurt to sit too. I did like I do everyday and I texted my boyfriend. We started talking and I hadn’t mentioned that I was sore. (We both still live with our parents and I’m still a virgin and he has never had sex either.) He said he had a very good dream that night. I asked him what it was about and he said we were having sex and it was amazing! I was stunned. I told him how I was very sore and we joked that we somehow had sleep sex from several miles away from each other. But it still gets me thinking, was it a dream? I know it was a dream of course but wow, what a coincidence. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
