Constipation station
Has anyone found a magical cure for constipation?! This is my 5th pregnancy, 4th baby and it has been hands down the worst this time. I take colace, mirilax, milk of magnesia. I also take my prenatals every other day per docs recommendation. NOTHING WORKS!!! I feel so full and gross all of the time. Anyones tried and true methods would be greatly appreciated.
