Ladies! 2 years of trying over here. I am in my second cycle of using Letrozole. First round didn’t work. Here we are with an increased dose! A developed follicle of 20-22 mm as of Monday, trigger shot as of this morning, and already positive OPKs (which I have NEVER had because I don’t ovulate on my own).

I have so much hope and faith for this cycle. PLUS, it’s my birthday. What a better gift to be given than a chance to have a baby? I am excited and scared at the same time. I know I shouldn’t get my hopes too high, but I just have that feeling...
