What do you think of banning cellphones at a wedding?

A girl I went to college with sent out invitations for her wedding, on the invitation it read “this is a cellphone free event, cellphones will be placed in designated cubbies when you arrive”.

I personally wouldn’t do anything like this at my own wedding.

What do you think of cellphone bans during weddings?

Would you attend a wedding if this were a rule?

Would this rule alone turn you off from attending?

*I’m not talking about asking guests to keep phones silent/away during the vows, I’m speaking on actually “banning” phones for the entire duration.
