I would NEVER recommend the shot to anyone. I've heard way too many horror stories. I used the patch years ago and had bad side effects. Never had any problems with the pill, although sometimes you'll have to try a few different ones to find one that works best.

FAM with spermicides and condoms/withdrawal has worked for us for 8 months now. I can't do hbc anymore. But I wouldn't do the shot.

Condoms at this point. I was on the pill for 7 years and it was causing me a bunch of issues
