Na man. Mistakes happen but they chose not to test the liquid before giving it to patients, they need to take responsibility for what happened to those people.

No. The pharmacy didnt break the law, to make them pay for something that may not be their fault is unfair. If the FDA wants to start inspecting compounded medications, they should do that on their own with their own funds. 
I agree they should be able to reopen, I dont agree with forcing them to pay the FDA.

Absolutely disgusting. They should have had charges like a license suspension, needing work to be supervised for x amount of time, fines
