Any tips for time of the month dysphoria?
My dysphoria is so bad that I sometimes cry myself to sleep because my parents don’t call me by my preferred name and pronouns and I came out to them over a year ago and I really want to transition and know it won’t happen for a long time because my dad refuses to even talk about the fact that I’m trans, but it seems like whenever it’s that time of the month I just get even more dysphoric and depressed and don’t have any energy to do anything and feel really shitty about myself and I can’t even sleep most of the time because not transitioning makes my depression so much worse than it already is and I don’t know what to do.
