My hospital used Under arm as it's the most accurate without putting it up your baby bum.

For the first few months, rectal but after that an ear would probably be easiest. I highly recommend the kinsa thermometer

We have always used the forehead one. Anytime I have taken temps st home and had to go to the doctor or ER it has matched what was read at the office.

Rectal definitely. Literally the pediatrician will want you to redo the temp with a rectal temp if you can concerned about a fever

I got the forehead one and it is such a life savor. It is so hard to get them to sit still for the others when they get older, my son squiggles so much and the forehead one has always been accurate
