Baby blues 😭😩😔

This is my second baby my oldest is 17months and yesterday was the first day home. I had maybe 3-4 hours TOTAL sleep since baby was born on 3/11 at 931pm. My milk is not coming in my nipples are extremely sore from cluster feeding and I’m exhausted!! I’ve cried 3 times already and had to stop myself from crying much more then that... I feel helpless
