Weight loss help!
So I had my first baby 7 months ago and after I had him I lost all the weight. Pre-pregnancy I was about 150. 9 months pregnant I was 193. The month after having him I was back at 150 looking and feeling amazing! But I was off on maternity leave for 3 months and the weight came back and now I’m at 190 again! Just found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant and was looking for ways to lose weight! I cant go to the gym. I have a treadmill, yoga ball, and 5 lb weights at home. That’s about it. 🤷🏻♀️. Any help would be great! My stomach, love handles, and back fat seriously disgust me 🤢 and my thighs are getting bigger and I just need help!
Ps. I’m a very picky eater.
