Miscarriage?

Im about 5 weeks and 3 days. Yesterday I had one sharp pain (wasn’t painful but was noticeable). When I went to the bathroom there were three drops of bright red blood in the toilet.

Since then, I spotted about the size of a quarter (pink blood). I spotted for about one hour and haven’t seen blood since-it’s now been about 15 hours.

Is this the beginning of a miscarriage? I’ve had one before but it felt like a period and the bleeding got worse over time. It didn’t feel like this but I’m still pretty worried. Any thoughts?
