Concerned

This morning I was burping my 3 week old. He became frustrated, which is normal when he's still hungry, then threw his head back and hit it up against my arm. I don't think he hit it especially hard, but I can't help being paranoid that it might cause some level of shaken baby syndrome. Can babies give themselves head trauma this way? I'm now obsessing about every little thing he does. 😥
