I’m not sure if this is the right group to post on, but I do need some answers.

I’m currently 4 days post ovulation, and last night I started having these cramps that feel like period cramps. They lasted all through the night and kept waking me up. I had sex with my boyfriend 3 days before my ovulation, but we always use a condom. I’m not on the pill . What could this be? I know people talk about implantation cramps... I’m not trying to get pregnant right now.

My next scheduled period is in a week and a half. I never get cramps until the first day of my period. Could this just be PMS or ovulation pains? Anything helps 😘
