Has anybody gotten a cold during their tww and gotten a BFP?

Ive been taking pink stork conception tea and the day after that I ovulated, me and my fiancé had sex the last two nights & used Pre-seed lube. I’m not symptom spotting I’m just asking because 2 days ago was my first time ovulating in 3 years regularly & all of a sudden I’ve woken up with a cold & I can’t remember the last time I had a cold 😰

Also I know it’s too early for symptoms as implation doesnt take affect till day 6-12 days, so pls no negative comments. Just thought I’d ask because I heard the body getting a cold before implantation to help the egg?
