Ttc with my last reversal baby

I have been trying this company that conceiveeasy .....i was wondering if anyone has tried this product... i had my first baby at 17 (1991) a daughter and my son in 1993 and another son in 1996 had 4 child another son by 24 (1998)...due to the domestic violence relationship i was in i chose to have a tubal ligation especially since my 4th baby was a result of being raped by my 3rd childs father ....so i choose to not have anymore from him ...but in my heart i wanted more...well in 2006 i went to rio bravo mexico and had a tubal reversal which means i had to have the cut tied a burn part taken off and reconstructed and i had 5cm of tube on each side ..and in 2008 i had my 5th child another son ...and in 2009 i had a tubal pregnancy and lost my whole rt tube and had lose my tube due to it ruptured were it was connectedto the uterus.....while i was open the dr did a HSG test and said my left tube was blocked ....his dad decided having his own child was too much for him and lefted us ....so in 2015 i reconnected with a elementary friend and 3 months after being with him we find out im pg again with a man who is there for all my kids in everyway ....well he had only 1 child a girl who was 20 as like me i had 4 adult kids by now except my 5th son who is now 10yrs old almost 11...well i had a lil girl 2016 who is now almost 3 in july with him ...very shocked since i was told the left tube was blocked from scare tissue from the reversal....but i would really like to have one more and hopefully give him his own son...im 45 but i still wanna try ..this man is my whole world and it would be greatly appreciated if anyone has any ideas on helping to have my last baby ...and with one tube ...half at that i wanna try again ...if my tube was blocked like they said i would have never had my baby girl ....so any info would be greatly appreciated....thank u in advance ...
