Am I the only person that feels like family members should help each other out with no strings attached? Mine seems to always have hidden intentions that usually involve money. Before getting my car I’d have my uncle asking me for gas money to take me to the same house he was already heading to. Now he’s always calling me for free rides and I give them to him. Then I had my brother that wouldn’t let me and my son live with him while looking for s place of own because we couldn’t afford to pay much. Now he lives with me rent free while he gets on his feet. I just had my aunt file my taxes since I don’t know how. I assumed she’d be doing it for free but she asked for money. It just annoyed me because I always watch her kids for free while she goes to the casino. Part of me feels like I should just start acting like them but I’m not comfortable with it
