Lifestyle changes when TTC?
Hey ladies! Just curious how much everyone changed their lifestyles when TTC? Did it help?
I’ve always been active so I haven’t changed my workouts very much. Usually heavy cardio and some lifting.
What about coffee? I’ve been trying to cut back to one cup a day but not sure if it matters when TTC? How about alcohol? Def still having a few drinks a week... thoughts? Did any of it make a difference??
