Lost all my stamina!

I use to be able to run for miles, and I was pretty active before getting pregnant. Now I'm 19 weeks pregnant and get out of breathe from walking on inclined trails for 30 mins 😴😭 it's a little discouraging but I'm gonna keep working at it. I let myself get out of shape first trimester. I'd love to hear some tips and workouts some of you mamas do to stay fit 👇🏽
