Anyone bleed in second trimester?

I’m 18 weeks with twins and had a huge bleed that soaked my entire pants, it was bright red. Stopped right away and got multiple ultrasounds etc. and no cause was found no hematoma either. I’m honestly freaking out and so scared.

That happened to me at 16 weeks. I'm 25wks now and had no other issues. I'm ok with no cause being found as it means cervix is closed and placentas are firmly attached and out of the way. It was scary though!

Make sure they check your cervix to see if your dilated.  I was just spotting at 16 weeks, my OB only checked my baby not my cervix.  I lost my baby.
