Soo basically I got this NetSpend card in the mail a few months ago and i was super confused because i didnt even sign up for it. I read a few articles online a few minutes ago and other people have had the same thing happen to them. I never ended up activating it because it was asking for my SSN and i didnt want to give that out to someone who just sent me a random ass card. The even weirder was i had either just turned 17 or i was 16 when I got it. I can't really remember.. not the point though
