Just had baby number two shes 3.5 months now just started my second period since having her. My last one was soooo heavy and really bad cramps. And now unfortunately this one is starting to act the same. I use to have horrible periods and cramps and used super tampons before baby no. 1 but after baby no. 1 i had to start using ultra tampons and had less cramping. Now after baby no. 2 I have the worst cramps and its very heavy. I feel like the first couple days are so heavy I bleed through ultra tampons so fast. Also use a mensural cup at night and have to empty it throughout the night. Im not on bc and dont plan to be on it. Just doesn’t work well with my body. Is this normal and does your period eventually regulate? Less bleeding and less painful??? Or is my forever new period😩😩😩.
